It’s impossible to attend an event like the Chevrolet Detroit Grand Prix presented by Lear, and not walk away impressed. For one week each summer, Detroit’s historic Belle Isle is transformed from a peaceful state park into an international auto-racing mecca, and i.M. Branded, a national expert in millwork graphics installation projects, plays a critical role in bringing the forum to life.
From the grand two-story entryways to the brightly colored 10-foot venue maps, i.M. Branded creates impactful pieces that enhance the customer experience, and communicate brand messages for its clients. The company’s impact on the event is significant. Altogether, i.M. Branded produced more than 250,000 square feet of material for the event - enough to completely cover two-and-a-half city blocks in Manhattan.
At the Detroit Grand Prix, examples of i.M. Branded’s installation were seen throughout the course. More than 2,500 graphics provided spectators with directions to areas around the race, and branded special activity spaces like the entertainment stage. i.M. Branded has been involved with the Detroit Grand Prix since the IndyCar circuit returned to Belle Isle in 2012.
“The 2018 Detroit Grand Prix presented by Lear was a success and i.M. Branded was a critical part of our team,” said Detroit Grand Prix President Michael Montri. “Everyone at IMB was professional and ready to do whatever it took to make sure everything was done right.”
The Detroit Grand Prix project is just a part of i.M. Branded’s effort to make an impression around the nation. Their reach extends well beyond events - the company has produced large-format graphics for automotive manufacturers and dealerships as well. To date, i.M. Branded has installed more than 7 million square feet of graphic branding in more than 10,000 dealership showrooms across the U.S., transforming their retail spaces much in the same way they do with signature events.
i.M. Branded provides large-scale graphic solutions for locations as well. Since 1999, i.M. Branded has produced more than 20 massive graphics that adorn the 15-story, nearly five-and-half million square foot Fiat Chrysler Automotive (FCA) headquarters building in Auburn Hills, Michigan. The graphics feature a variety of Jeep and Chrysler models.
The 73-story General Motors’ world headquarters at the Renaissance Center in downtown Detroit also features i.M. Branded graphics.
In addition, i.M. Branded was most recently selected as a furniture and graphic vendor for the Jaguar Land Rover Project ARCH program further strengthening the company’s status as an industry leader.
